Salesforce Connector Winter '26 - Production Release December 18, 2025

The Winter '26 release of the Ticketure Connector will be live in Salesforce Production instances on December 18, 2025.

We added great new features and functionalities, and overall improvements to this version. The highlights are below and you can also watch our webinar here.

WHAT'S NEW
  • Merge
    • 3-way merge functionality
  • Memberships
    • Added a new Purchaser field, separate from Primary Contact
    • Creation of household member contacts can now be skipped for specified ticket types (i.e. “Caregiver”)
  • Other
    • Common incorrect values for State & Country can now be automatically fixed. E.g. “Ohio” => “OH
    • Donations purchased by the Anonymous buyer can now be kept while ignoring other Anonymous purchases.
    • Admit names can now be updated. 
    • Sequencing

 

WHAT'S WORKING BETTER
  • General
    • Updated the app to be consistent with the new Ticketure, LLC brand
    • Updates to Event Queue to detect skipped queues.
    • A new Affiliation / ACR is now created when a Ticketure Identity’s organization changes.
    • Changes to Account and Contact names are now case sensitive
    • When pushing an opportunity to Ticketure, the Discount Amount field is now ignored if null 
    • Discount value is now set to $0 when refunded.
  • NPC
    • Matches identities using a Salesforce Contact Id (sf_contact_id)
    • Record Types on Gift Transaction is no longer required
  • Merge
    • Blocks merges when unsupported fields are selected
  • Memberships
    • Better support for a mix of tickets that do/don’t have a membership program
    • Better handling of auto-renew errors
  • Technical 
    • Misc tests and minor code cleanups. Updated code to API v64.0.
    • Updated API User Permission Set for needed permissions.
    • Update oAuth URLs to support Salesforce’s new requirements
    • Fixed bug with saving of settings
    • Support new “App” provider
    • Fixed bug with pushing data from Salesforce to Ticketure
