Ticketure Salesforce Connector - Release Notes - Summer '26

The Summer '26 version of the Ticketure Salesforce Connector will be released to Salesforce Sandbox instances July 30, 2026 at 9pm PST. (Production release tentatively scheduled for August 19, 2026.)

We added great new features and functionalities, and overall improvements to this version. The highlights are below and you can also watch our webinar here.

WHAT'S NEW

• Payload Log Sequencing
  • NOW LIVE -> Ticketure Error Log
    

• NPC
  • Support refunds with Gift Transactions by creating Gift Refund records
    

• Customer Sync Duplicate Rule
  • More flexibility added to ensure data quality when configuring how to handle Customer (Contact) data coming from Ticketure
    

• Update Survey Answers in Salesforce
  • Sync SF2TT survey data (v1)!
    
    • Modify the OpportunityLineItem containing the Survey Answers to update Ticketure
      NOTE: Bi-directional sync must be enabled
