Ticketure Salesforce Connector - Release Notes - Spring '26

The Spring '26 release of the Ticketure Connector will be release to Salesforce Production instances on April 29, 2026 at 9pm PST.

We added great new features and functionalities, and overall improvements to this version. The highlights are below and you can also watch our webinar here.

WHAT'S NEW

• Payload Log Sequencing - BETA completed
  • NOW LIVE Ensuring no data is lost in Ticketure to Salesforce sync
• SF2TT Sync Options
  • The Create Cart and PushtoTicketure functionality provides options for Contact or Account selections (KB article here)
• Venue Information now captured when Session Changed payloads are processed (stored on Product2 object)
• Now supporting “Transfer Identity To” actions, enabling donation kiosk donations to be properly recorded under Customer Identity rather than Anonymous Identity
• Added warning message to OAuth popup when generating new token to avoid data sync interruptions and loss of data
• Updated Sandbox Refresh safeguards
• More State and Country picklist values 

WHAT'S WORKING BETTER

• General 
  • Fixed duplicate Opportunity records creation when local code/workflow/validation causes failure to write Cart Id to Opportunity record (SF2TT)
  • Error Handling improved
    • Ticket Patches no longer cause Ticket Audits to be skipped when processed before the Ticket Audits are processed
    • Retry job now processing payload with no Occurred Date (scheduled_action)

• Memberships
  • Member Ranking for Ticket Patch payloads properly captured
  • Properly writing Membership Program values to Opportunity in mixed carts
  • Fixed issue where Membership Code may not be written to Identities when received during Ticket Audit processing

• Technical 
  • CRITICAL UPDATE: fixed Sandbox refresh parameters to ignore Production settings
