Staff Management & Pin-based login
The session will be a walkthrough of the staff management module, which replaced the "legacy" login method and all user account management features. The session will also show you how to configure the new POS Pin-based login function that has recently been released.
Who is it for? The session is for Ticketure administrators or anyone who manages staff accounts in the system. It is especially useful for organisations that are still using the legacy login method, which is due to be switched off on 15th June.

Introduction to our API
Most of you know Ticketure as the platform that keeps your ticketing and visitor management running smoothly. In this session, we're moving beyond the user interface and taking a look under the hood to explore how you can use our API to get even more from the platform.
Who is it for?: This is an intermediate-level session designed for the API-curious, problem solvers, and builders. We'll get into some technical concepts, but don't let that put you off. If you have a basic understanding of what an API is, you'll leave with a much clearer picture of how to integrate with and extend the Ticketure platform.
