Ticketure web/e-Commerce branding & theming

This article refers to the branding and theming for Ticketure’s out-of-the-box standard web/e-Commerce solution.

How does web/e-Commerce branding work?

The Ticketure web/e-Commerce theme team will extract your logo, favicon, fonts, and brand colors from your marketing website.

If you have a brand or style guide, it can be submitted with your branding support request. While Ticketure may not support every detail, the team will use it as a reference and implement as much as possible.

What if our marketing brand is not live yet?

  • If your marketing website doesn’t reflect the branding you want for Ticketure e-Commerce, let us know which website we should extract assets from instead.
  • If your branding is still in design or development, please provide access to the designs, a test/staging site, or both.

The Ticketure support team will let you know if any additional assets are needed (logo, favicon, font files, color hex codes).

What if we utilize multiple Sellers/Organizations under one environment?

  • Colors and fonts will be the same for all Sellers.
  • The logo can be customized per Seller using metadata only if the configuration “Web redirects” > “Require a seller prefix” is enabled. This is a configuration that Ticketure must set for the client. If this is desired for your web/e-Commerce branding please include that information in your support request.

How do we submit a web/e-Commerce branding support request?

  • If you are a new client, please follow the guidance of your Implementation Manager and submit your information through your onboarding project platform.
  • If you are an existing client requesting a change to your current branding, submit a support ticket by emailing ticketuresupport@tixtrack.com.

What about the event images?

Images specific to an event can be added to the event configuration by the client. Access the Event Image Requirements article for more information on image sizing requirements for event images.
