Optimal Connection for Ticketure POS App

When using the Ticketure POS app the lowest and most stable connection will be via a physical cable (Ethernet) with your iOS device. TixTrack has an available partner that sells an adapter for Power over Ethernet (PoE) for your iOS devices if needed.

However, ethernet is not always viable and WiFi can be used. We suggest limiting the number of devices on the same access point to avoid any network congestion. Connections that have a latency under 500ms or better would be preferred.
